There are two ways to register your company as a MAKRO customer:
- by completing the online form on the Become a MAKRO Customer page
- by contacting the Customer Service Department directly at any store.
Please note that even if you register online, the process must be finalised and the card collected at your chosen store, where you will be required to present photo ID. If your business involves the sale of alcohol, please bring your sales licence and proof of payment to the store. Each card must be collected in person by the person to whom it was issued (due to the need to provide a signature).
If the cards are collected by the owner or a person authorised to represent the company, you will receive a notification about the processing of personal data together with the card.
