When does the Customer Card expire?

MAKRO Customer Cards are issued for an indefinite period (however, if no purchases are made for two years or one year for newly registered companies, the cards are automatically blocked by the system. If your business is still active, the cards can be unblocked upon request).

A MAKRO Customer Card may become invalid in the event of:

• suspension of business activity;
• liquidation of the business;
• no purchases made for a period longer than 24 months (12 months for newly registered customers).
