What should you do if the price of an item on your receipt does not match the price on the shelf?

If the price of the goods printed on the receipt differs from the price displayed on the shelf, you should:

  • before leaving the store – report to the Main Cashiers' Desk with the goods and proof of purchase,
  • after leaving the store – report to the Customer Service Department.

The overpaid amount will be refunded to the customer.
