Why is it not allowed to enter a MAKRO store with a child, except on weekends?

This rule has been introduced for safety reasons. The design of the forklifts operating in MAKRO stores prevents the operator from having full visibility below 140 cm, which clearly poses a risk to small children.

However, every weekend we minimize forklift activity and welcome our customers to shop with their children.
